Any and ALL new color guests must be seen for a consultation BEFORE scheduling an appointment. No exceptions. This policy is in place to ensure proper communication, and to discuss everything from your goals, budget, to maintenance and aftercare. It also helps to make sure you are scheduled for the proper service with the proper timing. Consultations cannot be scheduled on the same day as your initial appointment. Seeing and assessing your hair ahead of time allows me to work efficiently and continue to provide excellent and consistent service to my guests. New haircut clients do not require a consultation ahead of time.
A Credit card is required to be held on file for color services and smoothing treatments. No call/no show appointments, and cancellations within the 24 hour window of your appointment, will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. All prices are starting prices, and may be subject to change based on the individual client, product usage, and time required to complete the service.
At Chromatic Expression, attention to detail and overall client experience is my top priority. The services I provide are lengthy (anywhere from 2-6 hours) and typically I see clients one on one. Please expect to be here for several hours if you are receiving a color service and make arrangements accordingly. I do not recommend having children with you during a service longer than 1-2 hours.
